  • This review is strictly for the spa, the amenities that the spa offers and the food that they serve. I have visited the spa twice, once was two years ago, and then again yesterday. Yesterday had ONLY pros! The service was fantastic, the massage was one of the better I have ever gotten, my husband and I were gifted two glasses of champagne for our anniversary, the salt room in the women's locker room was amazing, and the relaxation room ( perhaps new?) was SO relaxing! The food that we ordered for lunch could not have been better and it was delivered right to us in the pool area! Everything far surpassed my last visit! One BIG Tip- if you can make it here on a weekday, do so!! The weekend days are MUCH more hectic! Cons- Like I said, the last time I was here, the Saturday experience could not have been more different! The pool/Hot tub area is for all Ritz guests as well, therefore I was trying to relax in my rob while a bunch of kiddos were jumping in the pool/yelling/screaming. I was glad to see they were having a good time, but it was a bit of a damper on my relaxation. One other thing is the lock room. While my experience on a Tuesday was fantastic, when we visited on a Saturday it was beyond tight and hectic in the locker room therefore the amenities were not nearly as enjoyable. All in all, the place is great and I was super impressed and relaxed by the time we left!
