  • Jaleo is a small plate/tapas concept in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. For the price of the Black Iberian pork, I believe I could fly first class to Madrid and go straight to the Mercado enjoying 15-20 such places for under $10/each. If you don't want to go to Spain, this is close. Very expensive, but a good variety of paellas and pork dishes which are authentic. Our service felt rushed and perhaps it was because there were not many occupied tables. 2 people=$230
