The first time I was here, a lovely young woman gave me a gel pedi/mani. It was relaxing, beautiful and long lasting. I suggested to a friend that we go yesterday before our sushi date. We booked appointments 24 hours in advance and each had men to perform our service. I was SO embarrassed I suggested this to my friend. The process was highly rushed, there was no massage, my nails were clipped unevenly...and after we sat under the drying light for 30 minutes, the older gentleman came over to tell us we were done. The second we tried to put our socks on, both our big toes smeared. They rapidly put another swipe of polish on and told us to wear our flip-flops for dinner (on a cold March day). I am wearing closed toed shoes the day after, because my big toe looks like it was massacred. There is only polish on a portion of the nail and the rest is a giant smudge (no, I did not walk into a wall on the way to sushi). If I had time, I would go back and ask them to fix it (again). Instead, I'll be removing this myself. Should not have tipped.
