I found out about this place by accident while searching for food trucks around town and man I'm glad I did! I made my way over on a Saturday night and we were greeted by the very friendly girl at the counter. The ordering process is very easy and it's all displayed nicely on the screen on the side. We got the curry base, which is rice with their standard curry and added chicken katsu and spinach. The other dish we got was the loco kaba moco which is rice, hamburger patty, egg and instead of gravy like usual it's covered in curry. We had a little bit of a long wait but it was well worth it once we got our food!
The curry was very flavorful and had some heat to it but nothing overwhelming. Everything was cooked perfect and had so much flavor! The girl working the front (I wish I asked her name!) also offered us a dessert they were testing out which was a take on a traditional Hawaiian dessert, the base was a chocolate cupcake split in half filled with a condensed milk mixture and topped with macadamia nuts, ugh it was SO good!! I hope they add it to the menu.
So, needless to say I was very impressed by my first visit and the great customer service. I definitely recommend trying it out if you've been thinking about it! :)
