APS is a real bellend of a company to do business with. As one of two utilities companies in Phoenix, they have a near monopoly on the market. They can get away with treating their customers with utmost indifference. Point in question: almost a year ago I called them and informed them that I had purchased a new house and wanted services transferred to the new address. They double billed me for the old address for two billing cycles. I have always used Billpay through my bank to pay my bill every month. I tried signing up for their autopay system. I verified my routing and account number, and scheduled my next payment. I had sufficient funds in my account to cover the draft, but they informed me that my payment was returned. They then informed me that I would have to make cash only payments for 12 months. This is plain ridiculous and a complete waste of time.
