  • I scheduled an appointment a week in advance, Just for these guys to not honor the appointment made. I then called, not to sure who answered all I asked was to see if theyre still coming by & an eta... the response I got ovr the phone was " well be there" then immediately hung up. I scheduled my appt frm 9-10am it is now 1030. I requested time off frm work for this just to happen? Now im losing money & time. I finally got a call back there excuse was we are running behind, well it couldve been simple by just letting your customer know were running late with a possible eta, but I guess im expecting to much. Turns out I was scheduled at 8-9am and they still havent showed. You guys are a mess. You guys lack communication skills.
