Terrible customer service, unsatisfied and they seem to not care about a customers life. I was on my way to work one morning on the freeway when my oil cap Popped off and I had extremely hot oil spill all over my shoes, part of my jeans and the complete right side of my engine, exhaust and rear tire as well as the rear brake. I immediately called ride now and told them about the issue because they had serviced my bike exactly 3 weeks before that. My first ever service on that bike because I had just bought it and I have a service contract with them. I asked them if they could fix it as soon as possible because that was my daily ride around town and to work they asked me to bring the bike in which was clearly impossible because I have no oil cap And all my oil had spilled. After they came to pick the bike up they kept her overnight and told me that they would change everything if they could not clean it properly. The following day when I went to pick up the bike I rode it around real quick to test the rear brake I mention that the rear brakes still wasn't feeling like it used to and that he clearly had oil because as I run my hand through the rotor it would slide right through and when I want to feel the rotor in front it was completely dry. Not to mention there was still smoke coming out of the exhaust from the oil that was inside still burning. my rear tire had a super grip feeling from dried up oil and degreaser from half on the right side and the left felt regular. When I mentioned that I need in my shoes replaced because of this the supervisor started getting upset and giving me attitude he began to cut me off while I was still talking and just wanted to get rid of me as soon as he could. Completely terrible service not to mention that this is my life at risk and they didn't even bother to do the job properly.
