  • iFamily Movers has been the worst experience. We were quoted a decent hourly price on the phone but when the movers showed up an hour late, they refused to move at an hourly rate and instead wanted to charge us an expensive flat rate. It felt like a total bait and switch on the cost which is unacceptable. The customer service here is unbelievably bad - do not use this company!
