I have been here a handful of times over a decade. I like the fact that it's outdoors, colorful, and that it resembles the huge swap meets from Southern California. The only thing I don't like is the lack of variety. It's large enough, but, peanuts and oranges or some other combination seems to be dominant.
The one plus is that if you're looking for tools this is the place. There are times when you need a special tool for auto or home use, but the price of a new tool is restrictive. No problem, they got it here...you just have to be patient and willing to look and ask for help.
Broad Acres is clean and the restrooms are properly maintained too. The food stands are probably where this swap meet shines, from fresh funnel cakes to delicious street tacos.
