  • I made a dinner reservation for a moderate size party for Christmas Eve and specifically told them that I did not want the banquet room. However when we arrived and were seated in a somewhat isolated room away from the dinning room, I inquired about if we were in the banquet room, which our waiter denied. (the reason it annoyed me was because I was also informed that there was no "special" menu, which it WAS!) My family is a big fan of eggplant parm and they would not accommodate either. Overall, the food was 6/10, the service staff were fairly personable. I was building this place up for my friends & family and instead all I heard was an earful about their experience. We still had a Merry Christmas nonetheless. Prob won't go back.
