  • Pros: Wanted to give 5 stars because I agree with mostly everything everyone else has said: beautifully kept grounds, maintenance that is timely and will fix up basically anything, and great staff. Cons: If you work from home, this isn't the place for you. The noise is just crazy. For one thing, the walls are made of paper so you'll hear pretty much anything above a normal decibel level in the apartments above/below/adjacent. Also, the grounds are super well kept but that's because they have people they contract out to CONSTANTLY mowing the lawns with extremely loud lawnmowers and because the parking is near grass patches, they kick the grass up onto your cars and leave them like that. They also come often and not only during the day (which is fine if you DON'T work from home) but sometimes they come during the early hours on Saturday's or Sunday's, so if you want to sleep in... it ain't gonna happen.
