This company is horrible and so is their customer service. I had been a long time internet customer and was convinced to add prism tv which was supposed to save me money due to bundling services. I was extremely misled by not being informed of the start of fees due to adding the tv and when I called to complain about my first months bill being twice as much as I was promised it was pretty much oh well sorry we can split the amount into payments... Umm ok still feeling disgusted I went ahead and paid off the costs in full only to turn around and have another over the top amount added back to my account the same day and was told that it was because I have 6 tv's smh umm mind you that I was promised discounts for this very reason! I could have stayed with my previous provider for much cheaper! Overall I was told to expect a monthly bill of around $130 only to be charged $250 or so which is a MAJOR difference!!!! Each time you call you get a different lie from each rep and talk to like crap as if I should have known what my bill would be! Excuse me for expecting what was promised!!! This was a huge mistake and contract or not they can F off cause I'm going back to Dish!!! This should be illegal to treat consumers in this manner
