  • Although Carol was great, but due to her personal assistant/secretary, I will NEVER not be returning customer. The assistant is VERY RUDE, condescending, and unprofessional. It's a shame because I did enjoy Carol and had planned on sending a few clients her way, however NOW... I will advise family and friends to seek tax services else where. Please save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere where they value you as a paying customer. I would hate to see someone end up on the new at 7 over poor customer service.
