  • How disappointing. I went into Modern Lighting to buy a lamp shade with the idea of supporting a small local business. I was met with a condescending attitude & a quick dismissal including a rude wave of the hand. I've lived in Phoenix my whole life, and I've never been treated so badly by a shop owner. It's surprising Modern Lighting is even in business.
