  • This company is truly 24 hr and the phone is answered by a person who is obviously a tech. The pre-visit questions were on the money but... Being in the middle of Summer, they were booked up for a week (as were all the other firms with a consistently high ratings, and longer hours). It would be odd. But truly 24 hr "non emergency" service could be a "thing" in Las Vegas (a truly 24 hr town before the crash of 2008). People work odd hours in this town, it is cooler at night (hence more comfortable conditions), AC's do go out when they are being used a lot etc... And this company could be the one that succeeds in making money on the idea. If they had been able to provide service, perhaps I would have given 5 stars.
