rev:text	This is the WORST complex in the city of Las Vegas. My house was broken into 3 months after moving in, and my alarm was BROKEN when we moved in wasn't fixed until MONTHS later after our break in. I asked to be switch to a different apartment and they REFUSED to do so without me paying hundreds of dollars. The little girls in the office are ALL a bunch of Ignorant idiots. I have to pay $10 EXTRA to buy a cashiers checks because they say their residents give them bad money orders and because I don't use a checking account they charge me ANOTHER $10 for giving them a check !!! They don't fix anything wrong unless you scream and complain and then do a half ass job with it. I've had outlets that didn't work the whole year I was here and was told they had to have an electrician come out oh and guess what they never sent anyone out. My son was pepper sprayed by two little girls in this complex because they got it for Christmas and wanted to play with it. I was even asked to write a "GOOD" yelp review when I moved in because they had so many negative ones. Well I now see why. This place looks pretty on the outside or when you visit it, but it truly is a dump. Was even told I couldn't put bamboo blinds on my patio to keep the sun out because they didn't like the way it looked. Neighbors upstairs have like 5 kids that are always jumping and you can hear it all. Parking is horrifically horrible if you have more than 1 vehicle, most nights I have to park half way around the complex because the open spaces are always taken up be early evenings. The jacuzzi in the main pool is always broken and never hot. So do yourself a favor a steer clear of this dump.
