  • I would never reccomend this store. I bought a ceiling fan for the living room from them and had already purchased three fans from another company. The sales associate, Angelika Perry, told me that if I had their company install all four fans, not only would it be cheaper, but the installation would be guaranteeed for two years on all four fans: wrong! Not only was the installtion $200 more than she quoted, the fans from the other company are not guaranteed, and they will not even come out to see what is wrong with the fan I am having issues with. I don't know if it is the fan or the installation, but either way, I was completely lied to just in order that they make a sale. Addtionally, she sold me four remotes that she said would operate the down lights and up light independently of eachother, which is also not true. Now that I have a problem, no one from the store seems to care, Never do business with them.
