  • I travel for a living, and this hotel has the best service I have seen in a long time! The location is great, you are close to Market Square, the Penguins Stadium, and the train station that will take you to Heinz Field. They have a shuttle that will take you to your destination (within their radius) which covers basically anything local you want to go to. The food is good, location is great, and I'm still in awe of their service. Brad at the front door is amazing - no, more than you think. He gets you to where you need to be, making you feel special all the while. Theresa at the front desk was so helpful. The shuttle driver is great as well. We are thoroughly enjoying our stay! You won't be disappointed.
