  • Flying American Eagle flt 3005, the ramp agent (girl) gave me such a nasty attitude over my bag.... it's a freaking duffle/ gym bag. She then begins to lecture and belittle me, over how I should have checked the bag. I then asked her if she understands geometry and math as I place my bag on the bag checker......guess what it fits........ oh my! Did I get an apology. ....nope. I guess I'll continue to fly Delta,Air Canada,West jet,Jet Blue,Lan and United going forward. Thank you American Eagle on teaching your folks softskills.
