  • Great customer service. I bought two Central AC systems from Air Supply in May 2014 and was very pleased. Most recently I came home from a business trip on a Saturday morning and took a nap. I woke up around 12 noon and felt hot. One of the AC units was not holding the temperature at 75 degrees and it was at 79 degrees. I called Air Supply on Saturday afternoon and they were at my house in less than one hour. The parts to repair the job needed to be ordered so they promised to be back on our before Wednesday. They called late Monday morning, came out and made the repair up in the attic within a few hours. As soon as they finished, my Trane AC unit dropped the temperature one degree every ten minutes in the center of my 2600 square foot single story home. I'm thankful to Air Supply for their awesome customer service and their urgency to get my house comfortable again. I will recommend Air Supply to my family and friends.
