  • I have only had experience with the front-office staff so this is a review on that experience. They strictly follow policies that are ill-conceived and in direct detriment to patients in regards to medication refills. They say that refills require 24-48 hours to be authorized but you have to repeatedly call to get them to follow through. I have walked out more times than not without my promised refill prescription.
