When I first got my extensions I was happy. I Did everything they said to take care of them, but after the second lift, the extensions were extremely thin and had broken off about 3 inches. So now, the extensions were almost as long as my normal hair, which then what was the point of having extensions because I had wanted length. I told Katy this, and she said it's normal to loose hair and for it to break and that I would need to buy more hair. I bought about $200 worth of more hair, and that lasted about 3 months (2 more lifts). So I was getting close to the 1 year mark and it was my understanding that after a year if you do the lifts regularly, they will replace the hair for free. This apparently wasn't the case. When I mentioned this to Katy she said I would be charged for a whole new set of hair about $800... Well that ended that. I ended up finding a girl that charged $100 for the install/lifts and $200 for the hair... she and the hair were amazing! Just know that this is EXTREMELY overpriced for the quality you get. There are lots of quality places that charge 1/3 of what they charge.
