  • Service department slow. Make an appointment for an oil change takes over 2 hours every time. Only reason I bring it here is because the oil changes are free. Sales department is great, service department..... Not so much. On my previous car they wrecked it bringing it to the car wash...also on a recall they didn't install the part they replaced properly so I didn't even make it down the street before my car died.... Update, brought my Nismo Juke here again for another recall and yet AGAIN my car has a problem after they address the recall when there was no issue to begin with.
