  • Decided to wait a few months before leaving a review. We moved here from WI and did all our research online and got approved before we even moved here. I was a little apprehensive prior to our arrival. One of the best decisions that I have ever made! They take very good care of the property. You will see lawn maintenance people out often. The pool is clean also and towels are available. We got a covered assigned parking spot at no extra cost. I love not having to worry about finding a parking spot. Even if you have guests over, it isn't too hard for them to find a guest parking spot. We haven't had any issues with crime here, personal or property. That is the most important thing to us. Most of the tenants here are nice and respectful. The two ladies at the front desk or very sweet and will go out of their way for you. I drove around a bit the other day, and the two properties nearby do not compare to Sun Creek at all.
