  • Dr. Shin is incredible. I have had numerous eye surgeries back on the east coast when I was younger by other doctors. My eyes have always caused me issues. I had so much past damage done to them by other eye doctors, I was nervous to find someone here to express my concerns to. Dr. Shin was very thorough and talked to me about everything she would be doing. She could tell I was nervous and I probably asked her the same questions multiple times and she wasn't bothered one bit. I received surgery a little over a week ago and I'm not even completely healed and I notice a huge difference already. It makes me so emotional to even write this because this doctor went above and beyond doing extra while performing the surgery. I haven't felt this great about my eyes in so long. My daughter has also received surgery by Dr. Shin. She had issues with alignment which affected her balance. She would fall off her bike so many times she refused to ride it. About a month after surgery she was back to riding with confidence. There is a bit of a wait sometimes but to me I would rather wait for a quality doctor to receive the quality care we do. Her staff is really nice also.
