| - In response to Matt.... RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
1. Anyone that wants pictures of the work please just ask..... they speak for themselves. Terrible work, no pride.
2. Anyone who wants to see how Matt thinks of Tenants/Renters just ask and I could share his emails.... they speak for themselves. This guy is a name caller before he understands the issue. (note in the emails I never stoop to his level and call him names like he does). So unprofessional!!
3. The pump worked fine on a timer, his guy comes and manipulates the controls and then it no longer works.
Instead of accepting responsibility he initially denies touching the controls or pump. (its all in the emails)
Later, he admits that yes they would touch the controls and run the pump to test their work. But only after I call him out on that letting him know I was there and saw the pump running and his technician told me he set it up to run for 24hrs as that was what the pool needed.
The technician assured me everything would go to normal on its own which was important because I was flying out to LA. But nope, the equipment runs all week 24/7 on my energy dime. When I let Matt know of the problem he gives one excuse after another (we didn't touch it, that's not in our scope of work under warranty, that's a one second problem to fix, you must be lazy, your complaint is laughable, etc etc). After that he belittles me for not knowing how to fix it myself. After that he attacks another pool service company as incompetent to hide his own incompetency. My pool turned green because his company was scheduled to do their work before the regular service company would be willing to return. Sharp pool creations couldn't open a combination lock.... they don't know how to even though they had the code (and they call me laughable and lazy because I don't know how to turn the pool out of service mode)!! Guess what I did? I called their tech and walked him through how to turn the combination lock. Which is more than this company has done for me with my issue! It didn't work, I had to eventually remove the lock for them, so incompetent. So their incompetence pushed back the schedule on everything including my regularly scheduled pool maintenance...... That's why my pool turned green.... Because of you Matt.... not because of the other guys. BECAUSE OF YOUR INCOMPETENCE. Because you couldn't complete the job on schedule!!
Take Responsibillity!!! I don't know how or if I can add attachments but anyone wanting emails, pictures etc can ask.
Matt is the problem here- No PRIDE No Professionalism No integrity.
