  • Woodman's is awesome. God Bless America and the free market economy. The choice! The selection! The low prices! Yeah, it takes me 45-60 minutes to get my weekly shopping done, but the prices can't be beat. Produce isn't always the most consistent in terms of freshness, but it depends on the day. I just really haven't figured out what the magic day is yet. Deli is subpar, but I'm not a frequent deli customer anyway, so I can overlook it. For whatever reason, I've also never had ground beef from Woodman's that I like. Chicken is fine, pork tenderloin's been fine, fish selection is wonderful ... but the ground beef? It's like no matter what kind I try, it's no bueno to me. I even tried the molly-coddled grass-fed beef and hated it, so I stick with Jacobsen Bros. for my red meat. Organic department is amazing. Customers are generally very friendly. Staff is nice. I love being able to get my Double Stuff Oreos and my coconut amino acids under the same roof!
