  • He did a very good job cleaning my ducts. He was a little late because of traffic, but he called me to let me know he would be a few minutes late. Just a helpful hint, if you are sensitive to smells, do not get the sanitizing spray. It bothered me, and didn't go away. I called him, and he came and ionized the air duct for a few hours. The smell is pretty much gone.
