If you are ever in Tempe, Arizona just outside of Phoenix, then go to Matt's Big Breakfast for food that will not disappoint:) Located in Marina Heights near the State Farm building, this famous Arizona breakfast branch is nice and clean, and ready to take your order. I ordered the pork chop with 2 overhard eggs, home fries with rosemary, and wheat toast with a side of berry jam. The bottomless coffee was very good especially with the small tin of milk versus creamer provided. The rosemary was prevalent in the pork chop that was perfectly cooked and succulent in taste. Speaking of succulent, there was also a succulent as a table decoration that added a touch of Arizona. The highlight was the addition of thick cut bacon I ordered to compliment my meal, which were 3 apple smoked and peppered pieces that were so crispy and flavorful, I wanted to hug Matt and thankfully say "now this is how bacon should taste!" This organic farm to table type establishment was an excellent representation of what a modern breakfast in Arizona should taste like and worth eating on a placeMatt;)
