  • All I can say is dayum! This place is awesome. Be sure to bring some patience, you will have to wait. Gaucho's is worth the wait. I was in Pitt for a conference and made a stop after locating the restaurant on yelp. As I stood in line I watched plate after plate pass by and everything looked good. I had the ribeye plate medium well, off the chain!!!!! I also had the grilled broccoli and the rusted roots potato's....a must. Sweet potatoes, carrots, onions,chopped celery, and I believe chopped red potatoes. This is a must get as well. You have to get the cookies Coates with coconut, I grabbed two to go and a chicken sandwich to go. This place is off the chain!!! BTW great staff as well....OG is the manager and he will set you straight if you don't know what to order. My co-worker had the sirloin and roasted potatoes with smoked garlic. And we both order empanadas to go as well. This place gets a yessss mister!
