  • HORRIBLE company to rent from. I have been in a property of theirs for less than 3 months, and have nothing but difficulties from the start. They take your deposit before letting you review the lease, so you are pretty much stuck once you hand over your $$. They do not take care of repairs, in fact, the make matters worse. Now I understand why the property was vacant for over 6months. Even their maintenance man will acknowledge their poor customer service. He hated that he had to come do the job at my house because he stated that it was not fair. On top of maintenance issues.....my rent has been paid in full, and I still received a 5-day notice from them. What they fail to realize is, I work in property management and you can not evict someone for late fees alone. I will be filing a nice complaint with the real estate division as well as the BBB. Report this company what they are doing to people is wrong and illegal. They need to get shut down especially all the crooks who work for them. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, OR USE THEM FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED.
