rev:text	I was really excited to pickup some Brisket on the night of the Super Bowl. Unfortunately they don't weigh what they sell. I ordered 1lb (454 gr). It felt light to me so I weighed it on my food scale when I got back to my condo. It weighed 330 gr. 25% or a 1/4 lb less than advertised. Hopefully this post is read and they rectify this. Fortunately the brisket was fantastic!! It had a thick bark and a 1/4" fat layer. It was sooo good. I wish I had the extra 1/4 lb to eat!!
