On 8/22/16 I purchased an purse and wallet. On 9/4/16 I used to go out to dinner. It was too small, so the next day I went to the store to exchange it (well within my 14 day window) and two very rude sales people refused me the return because I had my personal items in the bag. The return note on their sales slip says it has to be saleable. Webster's dictionary defines it. However, after contacting LV corporate office, they spoke to Vanessa at the Scottsdale store. Vanessa just called me to tell me that they will not take the bag back because I had my personal belongings in the bag - please note I wanted an exchange. I have read other notes below, looks like I am not the only one that was treated very badly by the Scottsdale store personnel. Their personnel did not inspect the bag, did not look at my sales receipt to know I was within my 14 days, nor did they even ask my name. They publically insulted me in the store in front of other customers.
Vanessa assured me the people I dealt with had been with the store for 24 years. Perhaps it's time to 'refresh' some items in the store.
I have purchased purses here before and would have given 4 stars as some below at those times. However, the true test of a store and its customer service is when a customer has a complaint and how the store handles it. Note all the complaints below were rated a one start. Very telling as to how this store is run. It is no Nordstrom.
