  • This is by far, the worst experience I have ever had. I went in for a partial highlight and trim. The girl told me that we were going to switch it to a hpartial bayalage without informing me of an upcharge (doesn't even resemble one), she added a deep conditioning because she had another customer come in and charged me for it, again without telling me. And the cut, dear lord, she butchered me. I asked for thin bangs, and a trim. She told me she had to angle my hair, on one side to match the other, when I got home, the side she "angled" is butchered in clumps of hair, and the other side has no angle at all. She cut a huge amount of bangs, included deep into my sideburn, to the point that I can't put my hair up. I am going to have to cut 6 inches off my hair just to even it out. Worst experience ever. I have already emailed twice with no responses and have included photos to show of the hack job they left me with requesting a full refund, but based on the other comments, I doubt I will get it. If you like your hair, stay away from this place!!!! $172 well wasted!
