  • I have been a landlord, and am currently a tenant, and have learned that working as a team is the most effective way with rentals. I work closely with the homeowner and Jim Powers from CRPS. I pay my rent on time, take good care of the house and yard, and sometimes take care of inexpensive repairs. In exchange, the owner and Jim are available when I call for needed repairs. I love this home and am thankful for the partnership I have with the homeowner and Jim Powers.
