| - STAY AWAY. At least from the Mississauga location. Worst service ever and it's a scam.
They made me pay upfront for all my sessions so I can benefit from a "deal". I got 12 sessions, I've completed 8 so far, except they were extremely ineffective. I've seen 4 different technicians so far, the turnover rate for their laser technicians is high as they are overworked because they overbook appointments. I always have to wait before going in, some times up to an hour wait.
They refuse to tell you the intensity of the ipl machine they use, and they use a really cheap one. They also don't keep track of the intensity they use so they aren't able to gradually increase it for more effectiveness. One of their allegedly "certified" technicians refused to do my brazilian, although I paid for unlimited body treatment, but the reason she refused to do it was she was worried I wouldn't be able to have kids. I never brought up this concern with her nor told her anything about wanting kids. She knows I am getting married in October and just assumed I would want kids and that the laser treatment would prevent me. Extremely ignorant and unprofessional!!!
The "manager" on site, Natalia, is incredibly rude, constantly chatting away on her phone never actually doing any work. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone there. And they won't let you speak to a manager to complain about bad service you've received.
Their technicians are very rude and aggressive. They lack transparency and won't tell you anything about what they're doing, they tell me they will get fired if they do. And when I wrote an email complaining about my concerns they simply said "sorry you're not happy, but we can't give you your money back, we can give you a store credit to use towards other treatments". That's it, they don't even try to resolve the issues I've had or do anything to remedy the situation. I am not the only one who has had concerns as I have head clients complain on the spot as well.
I found out they used the lowest intensity on me last treatment because I looked over at the machine when the technician was getting more gel and I took pictures as well to prove my point. They used the lowest intensity so the treatment doesn't work and I keep coming back for more.
I told them I was making the trip from Waterloo especially for my treatments before I signed up and also told them my wedding was in October 2018 and so it was critical my treatments are done regularly and effectively before I get tanned. They reassured me and made "notes on my file" to that effect. I started last September if 2018 and 3 sessions were completely done wrong, they offered to only give me two extra ones to make up for the ineffective treatments, but because I've had so many ineffective treatments back to back, the first few sessions are now useless as the hair is growing back again and even more coarse than before. And now I am restarting my treatments but who knows if they will be effective since they keep changing technicians and they refuse to tell you the intensity they use or keep track of it.
And they relocated their Mississauga location without telling many of their clients so that people drove to the old location where they were renting a room from another spa and someone there had to tell people that they moved.
Completely unprofessional, ignorant people there and they take no accountability for their actions. Stay away.
