They have a convenient online booking system that sends you a text the day before your appointment, but perhaps they should have it send themselves a text the day before to remind them that they have a client. I made an appointment for today, May 27 at 8:30 am for a "nails to tail" service but when I showed up 5 minutes early, the doors were locked and it was dark inside. No one showed up in the next 5 minutes I waited, and I even went into the Happy Dogz doggy daycare next door to confirm I was in the right place and that In the Dogz House hadn't suddenly gone out of business. I tried calling the number on their website twice, no one answered either time. Finally, I went to Happy Dogz, and the staff there told me that wasn't the first time that In the Dogz House had stood up a client. Fortunately, Happy Dogz offered walk in grooming services and were able to help me out. I am very disappointed in my experience with In the Dogz House, their lack of professionalism, and their inability to keep appointments. Oh yeah. They also never followed up. Please do not patronize this unprofessional establishment.
