  • Attention!!! the furniture this store sells is very cheap and does not last. I purchased a $ 3,000.00 leather sectional with there 5 year protection plan and there own furniture conditioner. Well it seems to have worn out on the head rest and head rest only the leather is actually falling apart. We called customer service and they have refused to help us at all calling our problem normal wear and tear. Im sorry but i dont think a head rest should wear out after 18 months you would think the cusion would wear out first. Caution cheap! cheap !cheap ! furniture
