This institute has gone downhill. Some of the staff are very unprofessional so how are they going to train & teach the students. They may know the technical side of the business but if you are going to be rude to your customers then you won't have anyone coming into your salon. They need to learn customer service skills because they sure are lacking those skills & since this is a school you would think & hope they would want honest & constructive feedback for their students. The feedback, however, wasn't appreciated.
