  • So far I can't even get them to call me back to set up a consultation appointment. Apparently there is only one person in the entire facility who can write your name down in the appointment book and 4 phone calls and 4 days later, still no call to schedule so apparently I need to find a real doctor who can return calls and is capable of scheduling an appointment. If just this part of the process is this difficult then the rest of the process must be equally annoying, unorganized and frustrating.
