I have been using Terminix for ever a decade and the service I received in 2015 was extremely poor. This morning after spending15 minutes with a rep and thinking I was on hold while he resolved the error, another rep picked up the phone and rudely informed me I had to start over as no pass info was given. When i asked for supervisor I was told none were available. Overbilling issue was never resolved and now I will have to spend more time on the phone to get the broken promises fixed.
