First time coming here - and I feel let down by Yelp!
The family and I decided to have dinner here based on the reviews. It was a bit cheaper than Bacchanal (Caesars Palace) and there was a reason. The food selection was "meh" - a lot of stuff that wasn't worth any money. They did have frogs legs - but it was dry. Many of the food dishes were luke warm and almost room temperature. Total disappointment. We had a party of 9 and were charged gratuity - which I don't mind as long as the service is there. We had to wait ask the waitress many times for refills - to take dirty plates away.
It probably didn't help that we ate at Bacchanal the night before and the experience/selection was great! I'm sure if we had come to Wicked Spoon first it wouldn't have been that big of a let down. I would rank Wicked Spoon as a normal buffet you can find in Los Angeles. I'd skip it next time I'm in town.
