  • This location is convenient for me, I'm just across the street from it. Unfortunately, the "Service Advisor" or front desk over weight guy was extremely unprofessional, rude and did not know what he was doing. I arrived early morning to this shop to change my thermostat and this guy greeted me with a condescending attitude. I asked if I needed to flush my radiator after changing the thermostat and suddenly raised his tone like I killed his cat or something. Lucky for him, someone downloaded a picture of him here and gave negative comment also. Looks like this guy does this constantly. The mechanics look more professional than this guy and very helpful towards others. There's always that one person.... it's a different world now, it's all about customer service. Replace or you will constantly get negative comments about this person. Bad for business.
