They have some real unique pasta dishes that are interesting even if they aren't perfectly done. I had my eye on the tikka masala themed Bang-a-Gong.
Now first of all, finding this place at night is a bit intimidating. The streets around here are noticeably empty, and the parking lot is hardly that. The store is tiny with only a couple of people working.
That being said, they put together some creations that you'd have trouble finding anywhere else. The Bang-a-Gong ended up being like eating tikka masala with rice at an Indian restaurant. The orzo was okay, if not a big overcooked. I think it needed some more spice and overall punch in the flavor.
The guys here are cool and I can see it being a popular place for a quick bite if you live in the area. I wouldn't call it a place worth traveling to though.
