After cooking our own food for 3 days in our rented cabin in Yosemite, we flew into Las Vegas, checked in to Tropicana hotel (where Bacio is) and decided to go for a hearty Italian meal. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly. However the food did not taste good and the dishes was highly overpriced. I ordered the eggplant parmesan with a side of pasta in arrabiatta sauce and they both had the exact same sauce. The tartness of the tomatoes in the sauce overpowered the other flavors and I was left with an extremely sour and salty taste in my mouth. My son ordered a Shrimp Risotto which he said tasted good but was completely overpriced at $34. Will not be going there again, but will rather try restaurants in New York New York hotel opposite us.
