  • I have called a total of 6 times to make an appointment and every time I am put on hold as soon as they answer the phone. When I was able to finally talk to someone to schedule an appt, the receptionist was talking to someone else in the background and not paying attention to me. She was short and rude. I get you are busy but this is the type of place where you want to feel important especially because this will be my first pregnancy. If I can't even get through now, I can't imagine the challenges later.
