We came here for a toddler birthday party. My 4 year old daughter had a BLAST.
The party started off in one small bounce room that had bouncy houses, slides, a t-ball game and basketball game.
Then we went to the second party room which had boxing, ball launchers, a giant slide, a basketball/slide bounce house and a tower that would be good for older kids to climb up (it was a little scary for the wee ones).
The party finished with pizza and cake in a party room.
The staff appeared to be a little too inexperienced with young kids (like asking all the two and three year old kids: "Who wants Coke to drink?" without asking parents). Other than that, they were friendly and helpful.
As far as cleanliness, we were there at 10 a.m. on a Saturday and we found it to be a little smelly in the first room, but it appeared very clean.
That said, there was hand sanitizer available for everyone after bouncing and we did make sure to use it.
Overall, we enjoyed Bounce U and we would enjoy coming here in the future
