  • Cox Cable sucks! The speed is frequently slower than what I'm paying for, there are frequent internet outtages, and customer service takes forever. Finally, if you are like me and you like to download using torrents, make sure to use a VPN (they are like $10 per month) because Cox does monitor what you are doing and you will receive copyright infringement notices, potentially leading to a suspension for 6 months. I wish I could leave them, but they have a monopoly over my area so I'm stuck with them until I move.
