Service here was gracious. I think they must go through a lot of training in service etiquette. I really appreciate their professionalism.
We came for brunch shortly before noon. Waited in line about 45 minutes. It was $35.50 approx, per person, without alcohol service. The decor is bright and cheerful with a lot of sunlight coming through. Everything was beautiful and clean.
My first plate was dim sum and shrimp cocktail. I was mmmming and yumming it up. the reason I came here was because they say there are a lot of vegetarian options, and I found that to be reasonably true but there are definitely more options for meat eaters. I usually try to only eat plant-based food but I made an exception here, eating fish, cheese and eggs for a change. The quiche was like bouncy rubber, so I can't say I recommend it. I tried the polenta and the grits and they were OK. But I loved my creation of a slice of cheese pizza with a topping of smoked salmon from another part of the buffet. Good idea, me!
I was expecting a more exciting and varied cheese and fruit bar but was underwhelmed with the selection.
This was my first time having sushi for breakfast. I liked that.
Now the DESSERT area is quite special. Plenty of the usual Vegas dessert bites and cookies but also a crepe station and an ice cream station (not self-serve, thank goodness) that included at least one dairy-free choice (cherry chocolate chip soy ice cream). The thing I liked most from the desserts was this petite lemon cream berry tart thing. It was so good!
I hope to find more and more vegetarian choices at Vegas restaurants in the very near future. Or even vegan. You can do it, Vegas!
