rev:text	I took my brother.... So unprofessional.... The receptionist is extremely loud and rude....while she is on the phone, you hear everything...even things that are suppose to be confidential. The receptionist then tells other patients in the waiting room how much of a bother other customers/ patients are and talk bad about their kids, whom she got off the phone with. Then I witnessed her verbal say she is not answering the phone because it's just people who got a call about how their benefits are going to run out, and must have let half a dozen calls go unanswered. I called numerous times the office prior to my brothers appointment with no answer to verify. The day prior to his appointment My sister receive a call stating the appt. was at 9am . When I arrived I was told my appt. was at 10. Which now push me back and made me late for work. I was advised by receptionist that fitting if a crown would not take long. It's been over 1hour. Work not complete. Due to them telling me it's holiday time and they need his partials to be sent to lab because they can't do it with mold they took. UNBELIEVABLE..... Horrible service. I'll be taking my brother somewhere else..., STAY AWAY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED........ The waiting room is dirty, bar gates that cover door and windows , which makes this look super ghetto and nothing on the walls but the stick em tape where I assume where pictures were. This place need to be inspected for hygiene since it's a dentist office and I highly doubt it will pass. The waiting room chairs are disgusting. Someone in charge really need to do something with the front receptionist and the appearance of this office. A nightmare
